He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Coates (Tammy) of Wilmington, Lisa Saunders (Jack) of Wilmington, Laura Sagraves (Chris) and Jill Coates; his stepmother Linda Coates of Xenia; his children, Krysta Cooper, Dalton Coates and Kristin Sage; and his grandchildren, Ava and Bradley Coates.
