Smith (Carrie), Courtney Pernick (Todd), Stevie Edwards (Todd), Alex Smith (Rachel) and Jacob Smith; her great grandchildren, Taylor P. Brayley, Serenity Smith of Annie Smith, P. J, Sophia Pernick, Isabella Pernick, Lily Edwards, Emmarie Edwards and Layla Smith; and her great great grandchild Julien Prudenti. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
