It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Gilmore Loughner (Franklin, Ohio), born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Loughner and Ruth Loughner (Raymaley); and his former life partner Sharon Bush Loughner. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Loughner (Cooke); his children, Stacey Highley (Terry), Kelly Brissel and Scott Brissel (Cathy); his grandchildren, Bailee, Colby Highley, Aaron and Brianna Cunningham; and his close friends, Mike, Gwen Bruns and Wayne Holt.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Carlisle Community Church (780 Fairview Dr, Carlisle, OH 45005).
