He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Evans and Conrad Evans. He is survived by: his wife Darlene R. Evans (Spoon); his daughter Trisha Jewell (Lyndon); his grandchildren, Jessica Parker (Josh), Joshua Polley (Dawn), Crystal Polley and Jerry Jewell; his great grandchildren, Alycia (Memphis Hill), Colin, Trista, Alexa, Allanna, Luke, Gabe, Gunner, Sophia, Brentley, Braydon and Trevor; his sister Wanda; and his niece Clara. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
