He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis "Nick" Lieungh and Mary Lieungh; his grandmother Hazel Hatfield; and his nephew Jason Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Lieungh and Kelli Gill (Rob); his grandchildren, Braden Lieungh, Bryce Gill and Brynn Gill; his sisters, Dara Sullenbarger (Dave) and Julie Hatfield (David); his niece Erin Hatfield; and his nephews, Ryan Smith and Chris Hatfield.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to a memorial fund in his name at the American Stroke Association.
