She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Whitney; her parents, Linus Schmidt and Erika Schmidt (Sesar); and her brother Tom Schmidt. She is survived by: her significant other Guy Pasvogel; her son Heath Whitney (Nicole); her grandchildren, CJ and Alexandra Whitney; her brother Daniel Schmidt (Lori); her nephews, Jason, Jarrod Schmidt and Brent Young; and her niece Jayme Webb.
