She was predeceased by: her father Thomas E Blackburn. She is survived by: her children, Holly Ford, Noelle Simpson (James) and Lance Harp; her grandchildren, Blake Ford, Olivia Ford, Quincy Simpson and Campbell Simpson; and her sister Carolyn Hurst (Fred). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
