He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Hagins and Loretta Hagins (Walters); and his siblings, George Frazier, Harden Hagins, Adrian Hagins and Leona Hurst.
He is survived by: his daughter Holly Gilmore (Kevin); his stepson Gene Ice (Jessica); his grandchildren, Orion Gilmore and Ophelia Gilmore; his stepgranddaughter Elayna Ice; and his sisters, Fay Davis and Judy Bush. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews.
