It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Randolph Mullins of Franklin, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on May 23, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Naomi Ferguson; his wife Regina Lynn Mullins; and his brother Eric Mullins. He is survived by: his father Chalmer Mullins; his sons, Justin David Mullins and Michael Todd Mullins; and his siblings, Tim Mullins, Beth Kitchen and Julie Hidalgo. He is also survived by three grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephew and countless friends.
