He is survived by: his significant other Leslie Colliver; his children, Cody Colliver (Jenna) and Courtney Durham (Blake); his grandchildren, Adrienne, Emelia, Grant Colliver, Abigail and Delaney Durham; and his sister Joni Sexton (Ben). He is also survived by his wife, his children, his five grandchildren.
