He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Matthew (Leigh), Emily (Graham), Benjamin (Emily), Jacob and Michael (Sierra); his grandchildren, Jackson, Laila, Sophia, Charlotte, Cameron, Vivian, Amelia, Hannah, Nancy, Madeline and Lincoln; and his sister Jill (Steve). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
