He is survived by: his wife Sharon Patrick Crisp; his daughters, Carolyn Williams (Doug) and Deborah Gosney (Dennis); his grandchildren, Cassady Ernst (Tyler), Kristen Urban (Ryan) and Riley Williams (George Groh); his great grandchildren, Ainsley Urban and Isaac Urban; his stepdaughter Rachel Patrick; and his friends, Phyllis Adams and Cliff Richardson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Stine Funeral Home of Lebanon On (801 Monroe Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
