He was predeceased by: his mother Josephine Slama (Hutak); his son Glenn Slama; and his former wife Elaine Slama. He is survived by: his father Louis Slama; his children, Diana Fox (Tom) and Craig Slama (Denise); and his grandchildren, Abbey Fox, James Fox and Anna McNeely Fox (Lu).
