With solemn reverence, we commemorate JoAnn S. Hulgin of Franklin, Ohio, whose life came to an end on December 13, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter J. Scholl and Mary Scholl; her husband James K. Hulgin (Jim); her son Daniel K. Hulgin (Dan); her sister Patricia A. Schmidlin (Pat); and her son-in-law Donald J. Theiss (Patti).
She is survived by: her children, Patti Theiss and Mike Hulgin; her granddaughter Maria Terry (Scott); her great grandchildren, Raymond, Savannah and Dominick Terry; and her nieces and nephews, Lori Franklin, Tom Schmidlin, Raymond Hulgin and Kathi Drake.
Given JoAnn's love of nature, especially trees and spending time in the woods, in lieu of flowers, I can't think of anything she would like more than to know a tree was planted in her memory.
