He is survived by: his children, Mark, Trent, Ned, Jay and Megan; his grandchildren, Kristen, Samantha, Jamie, Reid Rees, Sophie, Abby, Emma, Owen and Eliza; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Cameron, Nadalie, Penny, Jonah, Gabriel, Jack, Sam, Charli, Scarlett, Nora and Ben.
