He was predeceased by : his parents, James Marvin and Wilda Marie Collins; and his siblings, James Collins (Pauline) and Virgie (Paul). He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Collins; his children, Keith Collins (Tina), Brad Collins (Lora), Teresa Clark (Steve) and Karen Collins-Wathen; and his siblings, Gene Collins (Debborah), Junior Collins, Ronnie Collins, Alberta (Denzil) and Willene (Rex). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
