He is survived by: his daughter Tasha Minnich; his stepsons, Michael and Justin Collins; his ex-partner Tammy Hall (Keith); his siblings, Angela Lane and Jody Shafer; his nephew Talen Lane (Victoria); and his great-nephews, Jayce and Atlas. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
