He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Neltner and Rosella Neltner; and his wife Carol Jean Neltner. He is survived by: his children, Gary Neltner and Angela Akers (Foster); and his grandchildren, Rebecca Meade (Micah), Katee Arthur (Tyler), Aaron Neltner (Davallen), Luke Neltner and Ashley Foulks. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
