She was predeceased by: her parents, Kellie Smith and Pauline Smith; her husband Ralph Debord; her brother Timothy Smith; and her brother-in-law Gary Trusty.
She is survived by: her siblings, Pam Trusty, Debbie Smith, Gary Smith and Ronald Smith.
