It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Triplett of Franklin, Ohio, who passed away on July 3, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Michael shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Michael farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Triplett and Genevieve Triplett (Barker); his brother Mark Triplett; and his son-in-law John Walters. He is survived by: his wife Paula Triplett; his daughters, Briana Holm (Jesse) of Middletown, Ohio, Julie Poynter (Billy) of Middletown, Ohio and Stephanie Walters of Middletown, Ohio; and his sisters, Missy Triplett of Middletown and Marsha Hime (Bob) of Seymour, Indiana. He is also survived by two grandsons, three granddaughters, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Home (177 W Main St, Amelia, OH 45102). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bethel Community Center (129 N Union St, Bethel, OH 45106).
