We are sad to announce that, on September 11, 2018, at the age of 76, Milan John Chestovich (Franklin, Ohio), born in Gary, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his child Atrium Hospital; his wife Barbara; his children, Alison and Paul; his daughter-in-law Ann; and his granddaughters, Lily and Gabriella.

In lieu of flowers, Mickey requested that memorial gifts be made to the Indiana University School of Medicine to support prostate cancer research or to Abilities First.
