He was predeceased by: his father Harry F. Hendrickson; his wife Janet Hendrickson; and his siblings, Roy Hendrickson, Frank Hendrickson, James Hendrickson and Ruth Hendrickson.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Hamilton (Jeff), Judy Crosthwaite (Dan), Gary Hendrickson (Cindy) and Chuck Hendrickson (Debbie); and his siblings, Homer Hendrickson (Sue), Harry Hendrickson and Bernice Coleman (Lester). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren; his thirteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice Care of Middletown.
