He was predeceased by: his wife Dorien; and his grandson Heston Otto. He is survived by: his children, Paulette Otto, Diane Maag, Kathy Sharkey (Paul) and Dave (Conny). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
