He was predeceased by: his parents, Darley Spencer and Estella Spencer (Osborne); and his siblings, Lester, Reva, Wendell, Wanda, Shirley, Darlene and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Spencer; his daughter Liz Williams (Josh); his grandchildren, Jonah and Ephram; and his brothers, Keith Spencer and Greg Spencer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
