He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Pam Steffan (Kyle), Tina Marie Pierson (Grant), Douglas Howell Fehrmann (Eliane McCarthy) and Jeff Neal (Tina); his grandchildren, Douglas Howell Fehrmann II (Kandis), Courtney Brambley (Corey), Cacie Fehrmann, Bugs (Joe D'Urso), Burns, Parker Utsey, Wesley Steven Neal, Lauren Engerbetson and Lindsey Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Eadlyn, Emry Engerbetson, Douglas Howell III, Chandler Fehrmann, Sawyer, Cooper and Georgia Brambley.
