We announce the death of Roy C Rhodus (Franklin, Ohio), who passed away on October 3, 2026, at the age of 82. Roy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil B. Rhodus and Vola Rhodus (Reece); his son Roy Ellis Rhodus; his parents-in-law, Monroe and Mary Jones; his siblings, Ronnie, Alfred, Roger, Michael Rhodus, Brenda Rhodus and Teresa Hutchins; and his siblings-in-law, Dottie, Sarah, Jamie, Kim Rhodus and Julian Maupin.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva M. Rhodus (Jones); his daughter Harriet "Missi" Frasik (Rhodus); his children-in-law, Tony Frasik and Tina Rhodus (Urton); his grandchildren, Teesha Hillard (David), Christopher Roy Rhodus (Taylor), Allyson Hembree (Zach) and Austin Frasik (Carley); his great grandchildren, Maelee Bowman, Rhemington Hillard, Hueston, Harlow Hembree, Liam, Crew and Beau Frasik; his aunt Vicki Reece; and his siblings, Martharene Maupin, Linda Hutchins (Joey) and Randall Rhodus (Barbara). He is also survived by 51 nieces and nephews; eight cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (1357 E 2nd St, Franklin, OH 45005). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
