We are sad to announce that, on February 18, 2023, at the age of 91, Ruby M. (Frizzell) Combs (Franklin, Ohio), born in Valley Station, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Frizzell and Alma Frizzell (Terry); and her husband Henry Combs. She is survived by: her daughter Yvonne; her son-in-law Asa Patrick; her brother Sam; her sister-in-law Becky Frizzell; her granddaughters, Amy Patrick (Joe Jessup) and Emily Sams; and her great grandchild Sadie.
