He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Swallom and Florence Swallom (Brashears); and his brothers, Burt, Leonard and Les.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Sarah White (James) and Hannah Schratzmeier (Louie); his grandchildren, Kori, Riley and Louie; his brothers, Stan, Wilbur and David; and his pet Cupcake.
