She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Phelps and Norma Phelps (Hughes); her former life partner William Logan Sr.; her children, Darla Harville and William Logan Jr.; and her sister Darla Keyes.

She is survived by : her daughters, Michelle Becker (Tom) of Liberty, TWP and Melisa Moehl (Joe Pleska) of Miamisburg, Ohio; her grandchildren, Monika Collier (Eric), Jayven, Rayven McCoy, William Logan III, Christian Lopez, Hope, Faith Becker, Jaylan and Collin Harville; her great grandchildren, Greyson and Axel Collier; and her sister Illa Daugherty. She is also survived by nieces,; nephews; and friends.
