She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Flem; her son Wayne Flem of Franklin, Ohio; her stepfather Raymond Brewster of Middletown; and her brothers, Wayne Wolf (Debra) of Ashland, Dale Workman (Kelly) of North Dakota and Rex Wolf (Danita) of Arkansas.
