He was predeceased by: his father Tom; his brother Gary; and his great-nephew Ryan Trewin. He is survived by: his wife Lynda; and his siblings, Cheryl Barber, Pam Phillips and Rick Anderson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
