Lowman; her stepsons, Jonathan Lowman and Donnie Lowman; her siblings, Ella Shupert and Paul Shupert; and her half-siblings, Barbara Fouch, Charlotte Hiatt, Pauline Grube, William Shupert, Richard Shupert and Tom Shupert.
She is survived by: her son Steven Lowman (Sue); her stepsons, Lonnie Lowman (Bobbie) and Ronnie Lowman; her granddaughters, Adrianna Taulbee and Jolee Lowman; and her niece Roberta Banta. She is also survived by 4 step grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anderson Funeral Home (1357 E 2nd St, Franklin, OH 45005). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Springboro Cemetery (2348 W Lower Springboro Rd, Springboro, OH 45066).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ohio's Hospice, or Springboro Christian Church in her memory.
