He is survived by: his children, Michael Douglas Stirling, Jr. (Kristin), Todd Alan Stirling (Melissa), Scott Walter Stirling (Jill), Rodney Miles Stirling (Aimee), Traci Lynne Bell (Craig) and Robyn Lynne Lewis (Andy); and his siblings, Robert Stirling (Patricia) and Kathleen Todd (Byron). He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
