He was predeceased by : his father Ivan E. Weaver. He is survived by : his mother Clara Weaver (Hershberger) of Fredericksburg; his wife Shelley; his children, Cody Weaver of Fredericksburg, Tyler Weaver of Fredericksburg, Shayne (Jennifer Weaver) of Fredericksburg and Lexi (Drew Hostetler) of Fredericksburg; and his siblings, Ian (Robin Weaver), Cindy (Ivan Wengerd), Robert (Katie Weaver) and Rose (Merle Miller). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
