He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Bush and Miriam D. Bush (Blum); his wife Joan S. (Wien); and his brother Tom Bush. He is survived by: his children, Christina L. Coots (Philip) of Fredericktown and Andrew J. Bush of Fredericktown; and his grandchildren, Brian Coots (Kandy Daniels), Tony Coots (Kortni), James Coots (Samantha), Brandon Bush, Bobby Bush and Brittany Bush. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
