He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ralph and Betty Lou Cunningham (Butler); and his siblings, Ronnie and Bonnie Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Robin Lynn Cunningham (Demuth); his children, Rachel Dague (Rick), Cory Cunningham and J. T. Cunningham (Nikki); his grandchildren, Kash, Cami Cunningham, Breeanna and Brooklynn Latella; and his siblings, Shirley Peterson, Terry Cunningham and Karen Arnold (Ed). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
