She is survived by: her close friend Gilberto "Bert" Martinez; her son Frederick Blackshaw Jr. (Sarah) of Cleveland, OH; her sister Chrissy Lyons; her sister-in-law Faye Lyons; and her friend Loretta Montgomery.
