She was predeceased by: her husband J. C. Smith; her parents, Cleveland Branch and Lucille E. Caldwell; her adoptive parents, Carter Caldwell and Charlotte Caldwell (Brady); her sons, Edward "Pumpkin" Caldwell, Norse "Al" Jones and Eddie Jones, Jr.; her siblings, Joan Harris and Gene Branch; and her grandsons, Chance Edwards and Marcus Jones.
She is survived by: her daughters, La-Tanya Edwards and Charlene Jones; and her sister Lucille "Nadine" Phillips (George) of Fremont, OH. She is also survived by stepchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials can be made in Anna's memory to Heartland Hospice or Majestic Care of Clyde.
