He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur and Gladys Lowell (Gendron); his son Christopher "Scott" Lowell; his sister Sheila Lowell; and his parents-in-law, Earl J. and Pearl LeRoy.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Lowell; his sons, Michael Lowell (Marcie) of Middleburg Heights, OH, John White Jr. (Lezlie) of Olmstead Falls, OH and Scott White (Kelly) of Fremont, OH; his grandchildren, Jacob Lowell, Emily Bolin (Ryan), Braydon Scott Lane (Presley), Kyrsten White (Kameron Armentrout), Brooklyn Hackney, Zachary Zimmerman (Brittany), Alexus Robinson (Dustin), Nolan White and Ryder Smith; his great grandchildren, Anastasia, Peyton, Jaxson, Kendyll, Hudson, Evalynne, Elliannah, River Mae, Leila, Leah, Lettie and Lilia; his sister Karen Bellemare (Mike) of Virginia Beach, VA; his brother-in-law Earl J. LeRoy (Linda) of Rocky Mount, NC; his nieces and nephews, Cindy Goode (Tim), Shaun Bellemare (Kim), Missy Bellemare (Mel), Earl J. LeRoy III (Sherrie) and Adam LeRoy (Laurie); and his close friends, Larry and Freida Brown. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
