She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Starlin and Ruth Starlin (Johnson); her son Phillip Scott Hudson; and her brother Larry Starlin. She is survived by: her husband Michael White; her daughters, Renee D. East (Jeffrey) and Andrea L. O'Brien (Dan); her grandchildren, Aubrey, Conor East, Jade and Keeley O'Brien; her siblings, Steve Starlin (Deena), Paula Norris and Randy Starlin (Carol); and her sister-in-law Gedda Starlin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in Barbara's name may be made to the American Cancer Society, or to Heartland Hospice.
