He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarvie Estep and Lois Estep (Collins); his wife Pamela Estep; his grandson Michael; and his siblings, Hanner Dotson, Ida Winke, Joe Estep, Phillip Estep, Priscilla Daughtery, Rachel Pruitt, Ina Sue Aubrey and Lucinda.

He is survived by: his children, Bobby J. Estep (Bobbi) of Gibsonburg, Phillip J. Estep (Jillian) of Fremont, Frank Karr of Fremont, Deb Agee (Brad) of Bellevue, Robin Crumpler of Westerville and Bob Bellard (Rhonda) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Yalante, Decoda, Austin, Alexis, Gage, Myla, Braden, Bryce, Bria, Seth, Zach, Emily, Matt, Sarah, Tyler of Quinten, AJ and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Lilyana, Happy, Hartley, Bentley and Finn.
