She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Gundel and Ada Gundel (Duncan); her husband Lester L. Slane; her children, Pamela Sanderson-Griffith and Roger Slane; and her siblings, Bob, Morris, Marie, Betty, Sharon, Edward and Bill.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Emrich of Fremont, OH and Michael Slane (Julee) of Fremont, OH; her grandchildren, Julie Sanderson Meckley (Keith), Holly Sanderson Kellum, Christopher Slane (Dian), Amanda Slane Willis (Darby), Cheryl Slane, Asheigh Emrich Swinehart (Brian) and Justin Emrich (Lindsay); her great grandchildren, Laurence, Adien, Natalie, Ethan, Brody, Brynn, Addison, Emersyn, Lillie, Jackson, Rhett, Emma, Avery and Harper; her great great grandchild Elijah; and her sisters, Sue Dalton (Arlous), Joy Cargile and Marge Banks.
