She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Leonard and Pauline Leonard. She is survived by: her pets, Grady, Desi and Archie; her brothers, Ted Leonard (Cherylann) of Marblehead and Kurtis Leonard (Michelle Reiter) of Port Clinton; her nephew Eric Leonard; and her nieces, Rachel Cox, Gillian Hutchins, Elyse Jones, Melanie Jones, Jamie Leonard and Alison Leonard.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auxter-Recker Funeral Home (218 S Main St, Clyde, OH 43410). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the humane society of your choice, a cause close to Carolyn's heart.
