She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kopyś and Maria Kopyś; her siblings, Tadek, Hannia, Julia, Otola and Regina; and her husband Stanislaw Chlosta.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Madeline Murray; her stepgrandchildren, Lucy Munro (Donald) and Craig Chlosta (Angie); her grandchildren, Christopher, Ronald, Alexander, Abigail and Stasz; and her great grandchildren, Stanley, Chloe, Tristan and Zigmund.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hanneman-Keller Funeral Home (416 S Arch St, Fremont, OH 43420). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (709 Croghan St, Fremont, OH 43420).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church/ St. Casimir Foundation.
