We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2024, at the age of 78, David L. Claar Sr. of Fremont, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Alton R. Sr. Claar and Caroline Claar (Camden); his brother Alton R. Claar Jr. (Sonny); his siblings-in-law, Barbara Claar and James Darrell Ingram Sr. (J. D.); the mother of his children Frances Claar (Hallier); and his grandson David L. Claar III.

He is survived by : his wife Carol Stanley (Reid) of Fremont, OH; and his sisters, Carolyn Ingram of Tennessee and Beatrice Rosenberger of Florida. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Grace Community Church, Fremont.
