He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bibler and Carrie Bibler (Gobrech); and his siblings, Margaret Cole, Beatrice Durenberger, William Bibler, Charles Bibler Jr. and Leura Riedel.

He is survived by: his wife Virginia Bibler; and his children, Debra Whitcum of Elmore, OH, Franklin Bibler (Stephanie) of Pahrump, NV, Cathy Bibler of Fremont, OH, Patricia Damschroder (Dwight) of Gibsonburg, OH and Kelly DeMarco (David) of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
