He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Howard Hetrick and Betty Hetrick (Overmyer); his spouse Cinthia "Cindy" Horn; his sons, Chad Hetrick (Stephanie) of Fremont, Chris Hetrick (Heather) of Fremont and Cyle Hetrick (Shawna) of Fremont; his grandchildren, Ethan Hetrick, Clay Hetrick, Dean Hetrick, Mya Hetrick and Cooper Hetrick; and his brother Michael Hetrick of Fremont, OH.. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
