He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Stines; his wife Sally A. Dray; and his son Bryan Stines. He is survived by: his children, April Stines (Alexander Galeev) of Riga Latvia and Donald Stines II; his granddaughter Brianna Stines; his sister Judy Dahms (Richard) of Fremont, OH; his nephew Jeff Kuns (Maria); and his niece Kelli Overmyer (Troy). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be made in Don's honor to the School of Hope or the American Cancer Society.
