He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne Smith and Elva Smith (Keiser); his son Dennis Smith; his brothers, Robert Smith, Derell Smith and Rolland Smith; and his wife Marsha Marie Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Smith (Suzi) of Rimrock, AZ, Randall Smith, Dawn Rando (Tony) of Clyde, OH and Angela Smith (Johnny Jones) of Maumee, OH. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorials can be made in his honor to the Ohio Veteran Home.
