She was predeceased by: her parent Curtis A. Maddock; and her husband Richard E. Delacretaz. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Dunlap (George IV) of Fremont; her grandchildren, Katie Kuznik (Eric) of Solon and George V (Lauren Sprenger) of Fremont; and her great grandchildren, Oliver and Lucy Kuznik.
